Bhale Manchi Chowka Beram Review: Naveed, Nookaraju, Yamini Bhaskar starrer dark comedy movie, directed by Murali Krishna and produced by Sathish Kumar, has hit the theaters today on 5th October. The recently released trailer of Bhale Manchi Chowka Beram has already impressed the audiences. Let’s see the storyline:

Bhale Manchi Chowka story: Two guys Saleem (Parvateesam) and Parthu (Naveed) are roommates and live in Hyderabad but they  pretend to be abroad whenever their parents video call them by standing in front of a poster of Dubai. One day, they need to find a way to send some money to their home soon. So  they try to scam the people and they come in possession of Desa Rahasyalu, written by an ex-Army major Yakub Khan (Raja Ravindran). They think that they have struck gold and try to sell it to Pakistan. What happens next? Form rest of the story.

Plus Points:

Yamini Bhaskar
Minus Points:

Performance:   Parvateesam and Naveed entertain with their body language and performance. They did well in comedy scenes. Yamini Bhaskar gets limited screen space but she entertains and is perfect for the role. Rahul Ravindran truly nails his role. The one of the major assets of Bhale Manchi Chowka Beram is the performance of its cast.

Technical: The story of the film is interesting. The cinematography is superb and goes well with the genre. The first credit in technical departments of the film goes to the excellent background music composed by Hari Gowra.  Songs are attractive. The song ‘Harilo Rangaa’ deserves special mention. Background music is good. Dialogues are good. Art direction is decent. Editing is just ok. Production values are good.

Analysis: Making dark comedy in Telugu is not an easy job. Director Murali Krishna has attempted it and became successful to impress the audience. On a whole, Bhale Manchi Chowka Beram is a movie that entertains. You may watch it!
