Vasidreddy Padma appointed as chairperson of AP State Women’s Commission
YSRCP Official spokesperson Vasidreddy Padma has been appointed the chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh State Women’s Commission. The state government has released an order on this aspect. As she is very much active from student politics with her voice, she joined Praja Rajyam Party in 2009 and later joined YSRCP after PRP merged into Congress. As YSRCP spokesperson, she is one of the strongest critics of the Telugu Desam Party rule. She will continue to work in the post for five years. TDP's Nannapaneni Rajakumari resigned to the said post after the change of guard in the state.
